What is your minimum order quantity?+
Our MOQ for machines is 1 set. Components such as gear reducers start from 10 pieces. Complete lines are quoted per project.
Can you customize a machine for my product?+
Yes. Most of our orders are customized in size, output, voltage, material and controls. Send product samples or drawings and our engineers will propose a configuration.
What is the delivery time?+
Standard machines ship in 30–45 days after deposit. Customized machines and complete lines typically take 60–90 days including factory acceptance testing.
Can we inspect the machine before shipment?+
Yes. We run a factory acceptance test with your products, either on-site at our plant or by live video. Third-party inspection is also welcome.
Do you provide installation and training?+
Our field engineers can travel for installation, commissioning and operator training. Detailed manuals and video guides are provided with every machine.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?+
12 months warranty on the machine and lifetime technical support. A recommended spare parts kit is supplied, and parts ship from stock within 3–7 days.
What payment terms do you accept?+
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or irrevocable L/C at sight for larger projects.
